Cancellation Policy:

  • If any customer pays the booking money (in advance) and cancels the trip within 15 Days of booking date then the No refund will be given to the customer.
  • If a customer cancels the trip within 15 to 25 Days of booking date then the 50% refund will be given to the customer of the booking amount.
  • If the customer cancels the trip before 25 days of the booking date, the customer will be given a full refund of the booking amount.

At the time of registration for Hill Taxi services, we ask for your full name, residential address, mobile number, email address, password and your professional details. This information is stored so that we can communicate, information regarding promotions, special offers etc. And to reply to any query that you may have about our services.
